The purpose of the patient portal is to clarify instructions or deal with quick questions that may arise between appointments. Unfortunately we am not able to address either more involved medical concerns or other general medical question. ***Please allow at least 72 hrs for responses to enquiries.*** If there are issues that may require more in depth involvement or explanations please book a follow up appointment.
Please be aware that all prescriptions are prescribed with a duration to last until the next appointment. As such, refill requests will only be needed if you postpone / delay the appointment. There is a $75 charge for refills done outside of an appointment. This fee can be payed via etransfer to etransfer@truebalancecalgary.com
